FAQ - answers to frequently asked questions

Short and to the point. If you haven't found the answer, let me know and I'll respond within one business day.

Section 1. Getting Started and the Process

Where do we start?

With a mini-audit: read-only access to advertising accounts and GA4, setting goals and KPIs, creating a list of priority edits, and a 30-day plan.

What will happen in the first week?

Tracking check/fix, basic campaign cleanup/structure, launching mandatory remarketing links, coordinating experiments.

How long does the pilot last?

Typically 4-6 weeks - enough to fix measurement, relaunch priority campaigns, and demonstrate key metrics dynamics.

How often will reports and calls be released?

Reports: Weekly (iROAS, CAC, ROAS, CVR, AOV, LTV if applicable) + conclusions and plan. Calls: By agreement (usually once a week or two).

Section 2. Platforms and Analytics

What platforms do you work with?

Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping/feeds), Meta Ads (Advantage+), TikTok Ads (Spark/UGC). Also available: Yandex Advertising, VK.

What about analytics?

GA4 and GTM, pixels, Conversions API, importing offline deals from CRM (Bitrix24, amoCRM, etc.), conversion deduplication, and attribution reconciliation.

What if there's no tracking or it's broken?

We start with this: set up events/conversions, check for duplicates, reconcile the reporting (GA4/CRM/platforms), and only then scale.

What budgets make sense to start with?

Depends on the goal/niche. It's important to have sufficient statistics for system training and testing. I can help you calculate a starting benchmark.

How do you charge for your work?

A fixed price for a pilot or a monthly retainer for maintenance. I don't take a percentage of the budget. Media expenses are paid directly in your accounts.

Is it possible to use KPIs/performance bonuses?

This can be discussed as an additional feature to the base salary, with transparent rules (what metrics, what timeframe, how we calculate incrementality).

Section 4. Creatives and Landing Pages

Do you create creatives?

I provide briefs/references/options, and organize tests. Full production is possible with my/your contractors. A UGC approach is often used in Meta/TikTok.

Do you help with landing pages/conversion?

Yes: quick CRO audits, recommendations on offers/social proof/speed, A/B testing of simple hypotheses. Development is outsourced.

Section 5. Timeframes and Expectations

When can I expect the first results?

The first changes will occur within 2-3 weeks after I've put my tracking in order and relaunched my campaigns. Sustainable trends usually appear within 4-8 weeks.

Do you offer guarantees?

I guarantee accurate measurements, a transparent process, and rapid iterations. Results depend on the product, pricing, creative, demand, and website, so we rely on data and testing.

Section 6. Access and Account Ownership

Whose accounts are advertising on?

Only yours. Access is granted to my business email address. Change history and billing remain yours; creatives and data are your property.

How to grant access quickly?

Quick guide:

  • Google Ads: Admin → Access and security → Invite user (Standard/Read-only to start).
  • GA4: Admin → Access management → Add user (Viewer/Editor).
  • Meta Business: Business Settings → People → Add → Access to Ad Accounts/Pixels.
  • TikTok Ads: User management → Invite.

(I can send you a mini-instruction with images if needed.)

Section 7. Reporting, Attribution, and Metrics

What metrics do we use to evaluate performance?

For e-commerce - ROAS/iROAS, AOV, marginality, MER. For lead generation - CAC/CPL, quality (MQL/SQL), conversion rate. We set a fixed evaluation horizon (e.g., 30-90 days).

What should we do if GA4 shows one thing, and the platform shows another?

This is normal due to different windows and models. We agree on the "true" system and period (attribution, 1/7/28-day windows), use offline import and, if necessary, experiments (geo-holdout/A-B) to evaluate incrementality.

Section 8. Risks, Stop Criteria, and Termination

What if there's no improvement after a month?

The reports will contain hypotheses and conclusions. If key metrics aren't moving and there's no potential, we honestly recommend stopping/pivoting. No long-term commitments.

How do I terminate the partnership?

Simply give 14 days' notice (or as per the contract terms). You retain all access rights and artifacts. I'll hand over documents and a record of current hypotheses.
